The kitchen
Cooked in Seattle.
Everything we cater is cooked at the restaurant in Seattle and taken out to the event: a working Indian kitchen, cooking to order, scaled up for a room rather than a table.
That sets the honest limit of what we offer. We do Indian food, properly, in quantity: lunchboxes, buffet trays, and a full buffet held hot in chafing dishes for weddings. We are not a plated-dining operation and do not present ourselves as one.
We do not operate a Bellevue location. We cater to the Bellevue area from Seattle, which is why delivery and timing are confirmed as part of a quote rather than assumed.

It is also why we are specific about how an order is served. Buffet trays and individually packed boxes when you want food delivered and nothing else. A staffed buffet, live stations and on-site cooking from our mobile kitchen when the event calls for it. We will tell you which one actually fits your room and your headcount before you book. Dietary cooking
Vegetarian cooking is not a section of the menu here, it runs through all of it. Vegan, Jain and halal requirements are built into an order rather than bolted on. Tell us the split and each one is kept separate, labelled on a buffet line or packed in its own box.
