Every one of these is on our standing catering menu with a published tray price. Nothing here is a special order.
- Daal maharani and daal tadka. The test of a Punjabi kitchen. Maharani needs long, slow cooking and there is no shortcut that tastes like the real thing.
- Karahi. Karahi chicken, karahi lamb and karahi paneer: cooked hot and fast so the sauce clings instead of pooling.
- Tandoori. Tandoori chicken and seekh kabab, which can be served from the buffet or cooked in front of your guests at a live station.
- Paneer. Matar paneer, palak paneer, karahi paneer, paneer tikka masala and malai kofta.
- Goat and lamb. Goat meat curry, rogan josh, lamb kofta: the dishes that matter at a Punjabi wedding.
- Khadi pakora, aloo gobi, channa masala, baingan bhartha. The vegetarian backbone, not an afterthought.

Occasions
Occasions we cater.
- Weddings. Sangeet, mehendi and reception, with vegetarian ceremonies cooked entirely separately where that is required.
- Religious and community functions. Fully vegetarian menus, prepared and served on their own line.
- Birthdays, graduations and house parties. Trays delivered, or staff and live stations if the guest list has grown.
- Office lunches. The same food in individually packed boxes when a buffet will not work.

Both, honestly. Our kitchen cooks across Indian regional styles, and the Punjabi dishes are a long-standing part of that: daal maharani, karahi, tandoori, goat curry. If you want a menu built entirely from the Punjabi side of it, say so and we will build it that way.
You can work it out yourself before calling anyone. Our tray prices are published. A small tray serves 10, a medium 20, a large 30, and the estimate builder gives you a total including tax and fees. Staffed events are quoted separately.
Yes. Vegetarian cooking runs through the whole menu here rather than sitting in a section of it, and Jain requirements are built into an order rather than bolted on. Tell us the requirement when you request a quote and it is kept separate from start to finish.
Yes. Halal is one of the four dietary lines we cater as standard, alongside vegetarian, vegan and Jain. Tell us the split in your guest list and each is kept and labelled separately.
We serve the Bellevue area from our Seattle kitchen: Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah and Sammamish included. For venues further out, send the address with your enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
