The short answer

Most Bellevue orders land between $25 and $40 per person. Two things decide where you sit in that range: how many dishes you order, and how many guests you are feeding.
More guests makes it cheaper per head, not more expensive. A large tray feeds three times a small one but does not cost three times as much, and the $35 delivery fee is the same whether you order for 10 or 100.
- Under $20 a head. One curry and rice. Fine as a side dish, thin as a meal.
- $25 to $30. Two curries plus biryani. The usual office or party order.
- $35 to $45. Three or four dishes, premium meats, biryani. Weddings and bigger celebrations.

What changes the price
Five things.
- Guest count. The biggest lever, and it works in your favour. The same menu is $44.98 a head for 10 people and $28.66 for 30.
- Number of dishes. Each extra tray adds roughly $7 to $10 per head at 30 guests.
- Meat. Vegetarian is the cheapest line, lamb, goat and seafood the dearest. Chicken sits in between.
- Pickup or delivery. Delivery is a flat $35. On a 10 person order that is $3.50 a head; on 100 it is 35 cents.
- Serving kit. Spoons and tongs are $4 each, disposable utensil sets 50 cents per person. Both optional.

From about $25 a head for a two curry and biryani spread, rising to $40 or so for three or four dishes with premium meats. Smaller groups cost more per person because the delivery fee and tray pricing do not spread as far. Every tray price is published on our prices page.
The smallest tray serves 10, so that is the practical floor. Below that a restaurant order makes more sense than catering.
Sales tax at 10.55%, a 3% processing fee, and $35 delivery if you are not collecting. Serving spoons and disposable utensils are optional extras. That is the entire list. Curry trays already include basmati rice and biryani comes with raita.
Per tray. Per person is just the arithmetic afterwards, which is why ordering for more people lowers the per head figure. Small trays serve 10, medium 20, large 30.
Yes. The figures here are for delivery or pickup. Full service with staff, live stations or our mobile kitchen is quoted per event, because it depends on guest count, service hours and the venue.
